Best Overall float  will be based on points:  Use of Parade Theme - Get Loco\, Originality\, Workmanship\, Enthusiasm of your team\, \n\n(Entry is free if you do not wish to be judged\, but you must complete the online interest form and application to be in the parade\, insurance information is required)
