LOCATION:Route: Starting from the Courthouse Square the parade will proceed to Ave A\, right on Spring St.\, right turn on Oak St.\, right on Howard St. The parade will conclude at Veteran's Memorial Park\, where there will be a sign dedication for the newly installed Huey Helicopter as well as the awards ceremony for the parade\,1st and 2nd place certificates will be given.
